He was added in Version 8. Akuma is like a glass-cannon version of Shadow Gao with slightly less range. He is a somewhat viable counter to Henry , with his immunity to freeze and insane damage against him. Depending on the stage however, the supporting enemies might destroy him, or give Akuma more things to destroy. Boosting Akuma can be considered a good idea, as at level 50 his maximum damage can reach effective , DPH and 49, DPS, 25k unboosted effective at level However, this isn't ideal for Akuma in reality due to a few problems. Do not use Akuma for general usage outside of his niche. Be wary of his less-than-stellar health which reflects poorly with his one less than below average 3 KBs at range, as he won't be able to take much pain compared to Shadow Gao who has 96k health at level 30 for contrast.
