Thankfully, there's a built-in loot filter that'll save you from the hassle of checking if the item that dropped is worth your time. If you're wondering how this loot filter works, this short guide's got you covered. If you're new to this genre of games, a loot filter is a feature that hides or emphasizes the items that drop from enemies, chests, or other sources. Anything that drops onto the floor is subject to the loot filter's gaze, blocking or highlighting it depending on the player's preferred parameters.

Loot filters are a huge time saver, being able scan all items you find on the ground and highlight the items that contain the particular Affixes you are interested in.
