Davenport has come up with a plan to form an elite team of bionic heroes and superheroes to fight a common threat from their headquarters in Centium City. He puts his plan into action after villains have destroyed Mighty Med Hospital.

Disney XD is ending two of its live-action comedy series, Lab Rats and Mighty Med , while extending both franchises with a new spin-off series that brings together some of the main characters from both shows. Davenport introduces Bree and Chase to their new headquarters in Centium City, and their new team members, Kaz, Oliver and Skylar; the heroes start learning to work together as a team, but Kaz disagrees with Chase's leadership style. When Kaz outshines Oliver during superhero training, Oliver resolves to master his new powers. Meanwhile Bree and Skylar adjust to sisterhood. In an effort to win over Skylar, Oliver elicits Chase's help in recovering her powers. Meanwhile Kaz offers to pet-sit a neighbor's pig, much to Bree's chagrin.
