We usually ship UPS and everything is shipped room temperature. If your products take longer than 4 days to arrive from the ship date please let us know, and refrigerate your breads upon receiving them, they'll last longer! In the hot summer months the breads can get moldy around 6 or 7 days if left out. Great question! Breads last 7 days at room temperature, a little longer if you keep them in the fridge and up to 3 months in the freezer. Cookies last 14 days at room temperature and can be frozen for up to 3 months. We process and ship orders on Monday's each week. All orders placed on Monday or later will be shipped the following week unless you requested otherwise we're happy to do that. Sometimes holiday's adjust our shipping schedule but only by a day or two. They will not, they are shipped at room temperature which should be fine unless they get lost in the mail and it takes a week to get to you.
