Part man, part reptile, Killer Croc has swum his way out of the sewers of Gotham City and into the ranks of the Suicide Squad. Most of Batman's rogues gallery is comprised of mentally deranged killers, or diabolically smart criminal killer croc. Most are generally human, killer croc. But one stands apart—the massive freak of nature known as Killer Croc.
Waylon Jones is Killer Croc , a misunderstood man with a congenital disability that gives him some of the traits of a crocodile. Because he was treated like a monster for most of his life, he became very cynical and dangerous, making him an enemy of Batman. However, he's made multiple attempts to show his kinder side when given the opportunity. Cursed with an incurable congenital disability that made him gradually become more reptilian in appearance, Jones was ridiculed as a child. During one of these ridiculing sessions, a policeman born missing an arm called Hoolihan sat down next to him, asking what was wrong.

Waylon Jones , also known as Killer Croc , is an alligator-wrestler and sideshow-freak turned Gotham City mobster, sewer-dwelling super-criminal and enemy of Batman. He is motivated due to having been born with a rare mutation that caused him to have reptile-like skin, leading to a lifetime of abuse and prejudice which drove him to madness. Waylon Jones was born with an extreme form of the medical condition Epidermolytic hyperkeratosis , which caused his appearance to develop progressively into that of a crocodile, hence his name. His mother died in childbirth, and his father abandoned him. Waylon was raised by his abusive aunt; her persistent alcoholism prevented him from growing up in a suitable environment. As a teenager, Waylon had no friends, and was the object of ridicule of those who knew him. Jones was a regular visitor to the juvenile detention center and was finally tried and convicted as an adult when he was sixteen. He murdered a fellow prisoner who mocked his appearance but nonetheless was out on parole "after eighteen years behind bars. Out of prison, he found a job in a carnival sideshow Even then, his strength level was greatly beyond that of a normal human. Croc realized that there was more money to be made in crime, so he set out to become Gotham's most powerful underground figure. Croc had established powerful mob ties in Tampa that he was anxious to put to use elsewhere. He'd discreetly established a foothold in Gotham and assembled a gang before returning to Florida to take care of "some personal loose ends.

With it, we have a whole host of new and fan-favorite characters teaming up and a whole lot of speculation as to their fates in the movie and their places in the rapidly expanding universe. He joined a traveling carnival where he became an experienced crocodile wrestler known for his cannibalistic tendencies, earning himself the name "Killer Croc". By that time, his body changed to make him increasingly animal-like, as well as developing a highly durable hide and regenerative powers. Realizing that there was more money to be made through crime, Croc soon decided to find himself a home in Gotham City , New Jersey.

A half-man, half-reptile, Killer Croc wants to submerge all of Gotham in water in order to facilitate his plundering of the city. This version of the character is also one of his more intelligent incarnations as he is capable of thinking rather clever ideas in order to obtain money. Compared to other incarnations of Killer Croc, this incarnation actually takes the appearance of a humanoid crocodile, fitting better with his alias. His true origin unknown, though a brief comment in his first episode implies he may somehow be tied to the military, or trifled with the wrong kind of voodoo in the Bayou due to his Cajun accent or, like the more well known origins of Killer Croc in the comic series, he was simply born this way and ended up in a Circus freak show. Killer Croc is a virtual powerhouse with the strength of a crocodile and a tail to boot.

Once Batman had arrested him in after a botched robbery in Resurrection Man 7 , Croc settled into a comfortable routine at Arkham, his mental stability actually helped by the regular interaction with other people for the first time in years. Killer Croc grabs Batman and smashes him into a wall thus knocking him out. The disease that Killer Croc is afflicted with seems to be some form of regressive atavism, meaning he has inherited some of the traits of ancestral species of the human race. The mother runs out of shells for the shotgun and the uncle realizes that his plan is going awry. He participated in the Arkham prison break, but was recaptured. For a character as well-known and enduring as Killer Croc, it's hard to believe that the character hasn't been tried in live-action before now. Once again subjected to numerous sessions of electroshock therapy, Croc finally tore loose of his restraints, screaming that "I'm a Killer croc This brain ain't for fryin'! He can also heal at a much faster rate than normal humans, similar to the healing rate of an actual reptile. Killer Croc grabs Batman and smashes him into a wall thus knocking him out. Maro offers Killer Croc more power and instructs him to feed on mutant animals, consuming them entirely as he prepares a ritual under Gotham's nuclear power plant. This version is a must-have for those who appreciate the finer nuances of this epic showdown. Ultimate Premium Masterline.
