Kagero, one of the best characters in Fire Emblem Fates in my opinion. She's a very talented ninja warrior that works as a retainer for Ryoma; she's so courageous, charming, serious, and overall good looking, kagero fire emblem, you can't deny that!

According to her supports with Corrin, her position was originally meant to be assumed by her older brother. However, due to him suffering from a disease that prevented him from executing the duties expected of a ninja, she thus made the decision to step forward and serve the Hoshidan royal family in his stead. In Kagero's support conversation with her fellow retainer Saizo , it is revealed that the two of them were in a romantic relationship at some point prior to the events of Fates.

Her growths were insanely bad during her unpromoted levels. Since the midgame chapters still have low level enemies, I decided to promote her because all of my other units were hardly getting any EXP. Eventually after a few levels as Master Ninja, she improved quite a bit. Ryoma still does much of the fighting between the pair, but Kagero has at least become a solid lead unit. Her overall growth spread is still squishy, and she has a low rating. For those stats alone, she makes a much better ninja than Saizo.
