Please understand, we strongly recommend that you use only Keurig branded pods, otherwise we may not be able to replace your brewer if the problem is related to the pods being used. A: It's not cold brew, it's just hot coffee that you're supposed to pour over ice. I don't think it's really worth it, honestly.
