Also, where the levers are there should be a pointer and some numbers to give you a reference for where it's set. Years ago when I had an , I found that you better measure the flutes on each side mine had a lever for each half of the drill with an accurate ruler fine graduations to get them set even remotely close. I took to measuring out a distance in the field and collecting seed from one row for a set distance multiple times until I got it set right. It stinks to plant k or k when you want k and it's easy to do with the way these work.
