In , he opened his second store in Macomb, Illinois , and in , he opened a third in Champaign, Illinois. Coulter mentored Liautaud and "taught [him] how to effectively run multiple units. My experience with the delivery side of things has not been stellar. There is no way to track the order using the app, the company just sends notifications to your mobile phone. I feel like if there was in-app tracking, it could have prevented this situation or helped resolve it more quickly.
