I offered good excuses why I should not go which lacked any validity and He told me so. He told me He wanted me to make this trip so I could see what real faith looks like. Like Moses by the burning bush, I was going whether I liked it or not. I was richly blessed by the beautiful people of Nicaragua. One valuable lesson I learned was that in my comfort zone Jesus is not Lord, I am because everything is as I want it. When I was willing not really to step outside my comfort zone, I experienced His Lordship and as stated above, I was blessed in a way I never could have been in my cozy little comfort zone. When Jesus returns, my comfort zone will end once and for all and I will dwell in the eternal Comfort Zone forever. Come Lord Jesus.
