I am raising funds to help a former player of mine at Wakefield HS, and now a current Varsity Basketball Coach with us. Jason Lee is a 27 yr old young man that experienced severe chest and breathing issues that resulted in emergency hospitalization. The doctors located a mass on his lungs that was initially thought to be an infection. Attempts to kill the infection were ineffective and ultimately required surgery for removal. The surgery did not yield the desired results, and he is facing another surgery. The doctors are baffled as they continue to try to find the root cause of this issue. Jason works at the high school as a TA Teacher's Asst and will need financial assistance as he continues to battle this condition. If you can be of any assistance to this wonderful young man it will be greatly appreciated. The funds will be used to help with his medical costs and absence of income. Tiffany Chang is organizing this fundraiser on behalf of Cassie Acoba-Lee. His passing was unexpected and a painful surprise to everyone. Jason's wife, Stephanie was by his side at the time of his passing. Before he passed he reminded Steph how much he loved her and their three children. His wife, his children Cassie, Cody and Cason , his mother Ernel and Jason's entire family are in complete disbelief and broken from their loss.

A devastated loved one has relived the panicked final words of a festivalgoer who collapsed at an electronic music festival at the weekend and died. Mr Lee called his friend Julia An and asked her to come find him about Moments later, he collapsed, was rushed to hospital in a critical condition and died. Ms An said she spent hours trying to find him when she received a call saying he was fighting for life in hospital. Mr Lee, who died at Concord Hospital, was one of two people who died after attending the hard-style music festival.
