Yes they are a trusted site. I used them once but lost confidence when they sent me two right boots and were shifty about replacing them. My Dbro uses them all the time. I've just asked and he said he's never had a problem AND they deliver correctly to my mothers house which in itself is a rarity, think countryside dwelling with no obvious front door etc! In his opinion they are fine I have used them. They were fine. But I think everything on there is from last season, or last year. If that doesn't worry you, then go for it. You are right to be suspicious of cut price Uggs sites, though. If the contact details are something like [email protected] , I think you'll find it's a bogus site! I've used them quite a bit in the past.

I have to say if someone who'd never previously used this company I did have some concerns, however I have to say they were fantastic. The goods were delivered within 24 hours, there was an item missing and they offered a replacement or refund without any problems. Just a great all round service. They messed my address up with delivery, rude customer service and when they refused to help, I turned to my bank for a charge back. I let them know this was the direction I'd take and they sent me intimidating messages that my account would be blocked etc. I had no intention of using them again anyway.

You purchased from another Eastpak retailer and can arrange the return directly with them. I got wet walking the dog this am.
