When they first began, they only sold doll accessories and furniture, but later began creating their own doll lines, starting with what would eventually be known as the YIDs. They have since expanded into making dolls of a large variety of sizes and styles and are well known for their realistic sculpting aesthetics. In the past, Iplehouse dolls came with a black doll bag with the company logo on it. Now all dolls are shipped in doll boxes usually marked with the doll line purchased as well as the company branding. Inside are foam inserts for the doll to snugly fit into as well as spare parts if purchased.

Wendy had some work done : I darkened and thickened her eyebrows, deepened her makeup a tiny bit and darkened her lip colour. She also got new eyes. I made a little batch of eyes with smaller irises.
