I really appreciate the efforts from the Interflora team they have really high-quality flowers, packaging, and presentation. Ordered flowers in the morning, they weren't delivered the same day and they were meant for a birthday. I get a message at night saying delivery unsuccessful. Customer card was useless. Will not be using them again. Very disappointed. I paid for and was promised an arrangement called Floral Fiona with 21 stems and looks very robust and full. But received with only 16 stems that made the arrangement look much smaller.
