Happy Quick Win Friday! Today is the day of the week where you get a super quick and easy organizing project that takes 30 minutes or less and packs a big punch. My son was not interested in separating each car into individual slots, nor was he excited about separating track pieces by size. Those specialty containers went to the donation center in no time because they were never getting used and all the cars were getting pushed into a corner. This is the easiest way to store Hot Wheels race tracks and cars and an even easier way for your child to clean up their room after playtime is over. And in my book, anything that helps kids clean their own rooms is a winner. All you need are two quart underbed storage containers. Talk about easy, right? You can go a step further and add small bins inside to divide by category, but remember that the goal is to get kids to clean up on their own.
