I have tried everything I have read on the internet to fix it to no avail. I spent well over an hour with a really nice Xfinity customer service rep who was unable to help me.

Wednesday, November 8th, PM. Tested both desktop Outlook app and Samsung email app. This problem has been happening since yesterday. Email has not synced since yesterday. Error message stating it cannot connect to server. We have been customer for over 15 years. This is the 1st time we have had this problem.
