Muichiro is a young boy of fair skin and short stature with a lean muscular build along with long, straight hair of a black color that fades to pale turquoise as it approaches his waist. She became one of Muzan's biggest opponents, and faced him in the final battle alongside the Hashira, attempting to poison him with a special drug designed to weaken him. Amane mentions the presence of marks appearing on both Kanroji and Tokito during their battles against the two upper moons and asks about how they gained the marks and what condition they were put in to obtain them. After beating up the demon, he was accused of killing the children, only to be released with the help of Kagaya Ubuyashiki, the leader of the Demon Slayer Corps. During his battle with Akaza, the Upper Moon Three, Rengoku manages to keep the villain on his toes for quite some time, further demonstrating the Flame Hashira's tactical brilliance. She was also a powerful warrior, but all she really wanted was love. He is a blind man who once took care of several orphans, all of whom were killed after one sells them out to a demon.
