Had problems with the toilet leaking and creating a large puddle on the floor from the tank. Spoke with front desk the night we checked in and was told a note was left for the morning staff. GM was not in yet when we spoke with the front desk; we provided our contact information as we needed to leave for the morning for an event at the National Sports Center. We were told we would receive a call. After 6 hours, we never heard anything. Went back to find the toilet seat up and the towels we placed around the toilet base had been moved. Spoke with front desk and we were told that the GM went in there and said that there is nothing wrong with the toilet. I expressed my discontent with the fact someone was in our room without our permission with the DND sign up; this was met with zero empathy and we were told that we needed to speak with the GM because he is the one who did it. The toilet still leaked the rest of our stay. Not a word from the GM either.
