I stopped here to get 2 rooms, it was very late at night when we checked in. The attendant at the front desk gave me 2 cards for 2 different rooms. I went to the one room and slid the card in to open the door and it opened except there was a chain keeping it from opening all the way, and at this time it was about in the morning. I heard a click which sounded li I heard a click which sounded like a gun click and a woman looked out the window at me. I have never been so scared in my life. This was the most horrible experience ever. I went back to the front desk to let her know and she just gives me another room, she replied that no one was suppose to be in that room. Never did go and check it out. Never offered any type of compensation for the traumatic experience that I had. I am more than upset at this and I feel I deserve my money back that I spent on the 2 rooms. Please get back with me!!
