We booked two rooms as there were four of us. We required one handicapped accessible room and one standard room. When I phoned to request this I was told it was not possible. A simple Smart phone photo would be adequate. I emailed the manager and was told the same thing. Eventually these were provided when a staff member from another hotel in France intervened on my behalf. As it turned out the room entrance and room size was close to impossible to navigate in a wheelchair however the bathroom was very large and well designed. We requested the standard room for our friends be one with a view and it certainly had a fantastic view. Thank you! The location of the hotel was terrific. We appreciated the inclusion of the WIFI and it worked well from our room while we were there. The hotel is centrally located and within walking distance to cafes, restaurants, old town, the promenade and the shopping strip.
