I guess the F4i is as reliable as any Honda out there, right? I'm just a bit scared because of the bike just turning 13 years so.. The only thing that immediately comes to mind about that bike in particular is the stock cam chain tensioner. They can get terribly noisy and can end up failing entirely. I'd also bring along a multimeter and do a test of the charging system. Personally, even if it's showing good numbers, I'd do the D'Ecosse wiring mod after picking up an FH series regulator.
