Home and Away is about to return to UK, Australian, New Zealand and Irish screens forbut the show is back on different dates in each country. Home and Away takes an annual break each November and December, after airing separate finales in each hemisphere.

After news of Neighbours coming back , fans of Australian soap Home and Away are now wondering why is Home and Away not on and they're asking when does it return in the UK? The popular long-running show, which celebrates its 35th anniversary later this month, on 17th January , is usually aired on weeknights on Channel 5 in the UK and on My5 but in recent weeks the latest episode of the show is unexpectedly absent from screens. New episodes of Home and Away are not on Channel 5 because the soap is still on its annual Christmas break to make way for the channel's festive films ahead of celebrating its 35th anniversary. Having been whisked off on a romantic camping trip at the picturesque Crystal Gorge, Lyrik wild child Eden Fowler was last seen in the final moments of a nail-biting season closer, sneaking into the bush to go to the bathroom. Instead they go and bring it back earlier in the year than they ever have before and stick all the promos for it under our noses at every possible opportunity and they are actually so annoying.
