As he walks through his childhood home he flashbacks to 20 years ago when he met Lee Joon-young, the man who murdered his father. Cha Ji-an and the team of detectives meet Hyun at the crime scene of a serial killer. As a highly respected criminal profiler and professor, Hyun begins to help Ji-an with the murder cases. Ji-an returns to the crime scene in search of clues which leads to a race to prevent a third victim. Hyun suspects there is someone behind the scene helping Seung-hoon.
