Far later into the adventures of Diablo IVplayers will reach a region called Hawezar that hosts three Strongholds that all provide new Waypoints, side quests, and enemy groups that can be defeated for tons of XP, hawezar strongholds. Hawezar is where the brunt of Diablo 4's fourth act happens. The region's musty marshes and windy highlands are home to some nasty creatures, from ever-present demonic cultists to a unique type of snake monster that can only be seen within the region's borders. This relatively small Stronghold will have players retrieve the corpses of slain villagers to eventually extinguish the pyre and set their souls free. Defeating it will lay the villagers to rest and unlock the Oblivion dungeon, which holds the Aspect of Shared Misery.
