Everything came in great condition and everything was very high quality. I recommend this one especially because it comes with a beautiful pillowcase that is made of a soft material. Everything that was included was of fantastic quality. However, I am slightly disappointed that the quality of the dakimakura wasn't two-way tricot, and I can't fit the case over my body pillow. Though I was also quite surprised that the opening for the case was on the side rather that at the foot of the case, so I was unable to fit it over my body pillow at all. I feel that I wouldn't mind paying a bit more for a higher quality daki if Hane were to decide to invest in even better quality products. Nevertheless, I'm quite happy with my purchase.
