Hackettstown honda service
This state-of-the-art Honda dealership needed a clean, striking exterior to attract car buyers to the 37,square-foot dealership. A clean aesthetic that incorporated the Hackettstown honda service brand with an open showroom were critical for this project. The owner also wanted an energy-efficient facility.
I am looking for a new car to either lease or finance and i really like the new Honda civic's. I was wondering if anyone has had any experience dealing with the salesmen of Hackettstown Honda and maybe if anyone recommends someone who helped them out with their car buying experience. We looked and were intrested in leasing an suv from them.. Ended up leasing a Chevy Autosport Chevy was awesome to deal with! Nice people and I love the service department.

This is admittedly a minor gripe compared to all of the weightier issues being discussed here of late, but can't a service department get the actual "vehicle servicing" part right? The vehicle wash at the end is also just fine I brought my car there several months ago for a brake flush and a few other things. I get the car back with loose air cleaner clips and a missing fasteners. The replaced the missing parts for free, but had to order them. I told them that her power steering fluid was low and needed topping off before servicing. Oil was changed, nothing else apparently done. I guess you could say "fool me once, shame on you , fool me twice, shame on me" but I would really like this dealership to succeed. I just don't feel I can trust them to do the servicing the way I expect a Honda dealer to do it. The wages are a big part of the quality of worker and work. They currently have 12 techs.
They didn't try the window etching crap and other things that if you didn't catch it, you payed. Another reason not to have your car services at Htown Honda. I am a mechanic for over thirty years I do side hackettstown honda service.

Bought right around New Years and just rolled-over K miles. Actually, the whole experience has been kind of like my previous Saturn experiences What's up with that? Good luck with the new venture. In the past I have had the worst service. Still I love the CRV and want to get a newer one soon. I went in for the first time. She was told the fuel pump needed replacement. Bub if there is a MIL on for any trouble code, you will fail. The techs were given an hourly raise and a guarantee they had been working without one since they opened! I am picking up my new car today from Hackettstown Honda. Never will I recommend anyone to this dealership. I only had one experience there and it was just a recall so I was in and out.
When I came to the dealership, the first person I spoke to was my salesman, Ignacio Mercado. He was very polite and friendly and I enjoyed working with him throughout the whole process of me getting my new Honda! I was leasing for only a year when I totaled my 18 Civic Sedan.
My first car before the Civic was an 84 Dodge Charger - that wasn't bad either - K miles, replaced the clutch and that was it. Love the cars, hate being ripped off. Our core objective is the heart of our Mission Statement: "Provide our customers with the ultimate buying experience. Oh forgot to mention I am a single woman who went to the dealership to lease a vehicle for my daughter who is in college. Even if you choose to never bring your car in for an oil service at Honda of Hackettstown, we want to make this right. YF you got lucky or patched. Good luck! If by "rt22" you mean "Phillipsburg", keep in mind that was almost 20 years ago. And hackettstown Honda does not just suck the reservoir out for brake jobs they use a cal opine flush machine which flushes the reservoir right through each individual caliper. A lot depends on what has been done in the past and when. Won't say "inexpensive and built to stay that way" anymore, but have never had a major issue with any of the ten or so dealers I have used over time. He did it in well under 30 minutes and over the many years of doing it himself, we NEVER had a filter leak. Didn't they already do that to him? They completed the work before noon as requested and allowed me to pay the bill over the phone.
The matchless message ;)
