Gw2 engineer farming build

By Ajji. I see a lot of posts saying that turrets are lacking. I only play solo, due to an irregular play schedule between work and little kids. I play to unwind and relax so turret build was immediately attractive to me. Maybe farm gold to buy outfits or something too.

By Uon. I've been wondering if somebody would be so kind to help me with a build for farming. Now I will admit, I know very little about the Engineer class, but I've seen many use them in the Silverwastes. I would really love to use Turrets and ranged weapons so that I can keep mobile, but beyond that I've not a clue. Turrets aren't the best to keep mobile They are useless for almost everything, to be honest. For basic farming farming mobs, I mean, not just nodes I recommend to use Flamethrower, it tags a lot of mobs and require you to keep moving all the time. Also tools line with streamlined kits, so you have perma-swiftness even in combat. The rest is not even that relevant. Rifle is great for mobility, also rocket boots. Much better, because you can direct every one of its 10 AA hits, while moving, kiting or chasing stuff, and through obstacles, without needing to manually place a ground target. Technically In a laboratory-perfect situation you could tag 30 objectives in a line and behind a wall every 2,5 seconds with just one button click and moving. With AA nades In its own laboratory perfect-situation you'll get at most 15 targets, without cover, and executing 3 ground target activations 6 clicks , in 3 seconds. Flamethrower much better? Grenade kit generally requires ground targeting, which is either time consuming or inaccurate due to flight times. Flamethrower is much more reliable as a loot stick, as it stacks up lots of hits through obstacles and has lots of little attacks in its AA.
Bladesworn seems pretty great. All trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

I've been tinkering and trying out all the specs as of late, and maybe i'm just a poor player after years of not really playing more than a few days at a time here and there, but i'm looking for something to do just map completion and i've just been getting rocked trying to do even the HoT content for some hero points. I know boosts start you at 80 with celestial gear, but even with some changing up of gear I've just been getting rocked, so was looking for something that was maybe minion based? Something to hold aggro while I dps away and can avoid. I still need so many points to finish out the tree but it doesn't seem to hold aggro and the mace and being in melee i've gotten whooped up on when it doesn't hold aggro. Also throwing grenades from afar i've pulled aggro i guess and things come bee-lining for me.
This event is exceedingly popular due to its very high profit potential, though reaching those profits can be a difficult task if not prepared. The purpose of this guide is to provide advice and builds for farming in the Lab to maximize gold gains. While long farm sessions in the Labyrinth are common and seen as commendable, please always remember to prioritize your personal health. For the Labyrinth, players are going to want to max out their Magic Find. The best way to do this is to use a combination of Food, Utilities, Boosters, and other buffs in order to get Magic Find as high as possible.

If we are talking about doing soloing content Open World PvE, Story Mode, completing maps and events, even some instanced PvE content as Dungeons, Fractals and some Strike Missions with low effort the choices would be:. Yu can even run all Turrets if yu like, but I highly recommend picking up Inventions' Experimental Turrets if yu choose to do so. I dont mind NOT having a pet if i can get the rotation down easy enough and muscle memory it, but for some of these its a lot more intense. AFK farming I finally came back to gw2 after quitting after the release of HoT.
