I have installed the latest drivers from the NVidia website, version I then uninstalled them and let Windows Update find the correct drivers, this also did not work. But when Windows then reinstalls the driver, the screen goes back off again and the code 43 re-appears. Not sure what else there is to do to fix this, has anybody else had this problem since upgrading to Windows 10?
