The Ghoul race is one of the only two races that can be obtained through a quest. It gives various stat boosts during the night and allows the player to leech other player's health , making it good for survivability and overall combat effectiveness. Once the player has all the requirements, they can talk to the Experimic NPC , who can be found in the middle of the kitchen inside the Cursed Ship. He will offer to change the player's race to Ghoul for Ectoplasms and the Hellfire Torch. Each stage of the Ghoul race will give buffs and make visual changes to the player's avatar. Each stage buffs carries onto the next e. V4 unlocks different abilities depending on what "Gears" are put in.
