I have been a customer of Gerald's for 7 years now. I am very particular with my vehicle and could not be more pleased with the service I have received. From the front desk staff, to the Love Em! People complain about first come first served but they do a lot of different stuff with dedicated bays for various things so sometimes people come in and leave before you do but they The only knock on this place is that they are so popular. They are friendly, competent, and don't oversell.

I received a bad tire on Saturday. I had to bring it back on Monday. I requested to speak to the store manager, Brandon F. Around they tried to send me home without speaking to him. He claimed there's no way that could happen. The store manager screamed at me "We're not gonna give you a free alignment! He then yelled, "make an appointment, we might take care of it if I think it was our fault! I had a slow leak in a tire. Dropped it off, they dismounted the tire, cleaned the rim, put in a new valve stem, really a need the tire. All for free, how can you ask for better service.
