Dennis was amazing he spend time to inspect address concerns and explain He was very helpful professional and just like the rest of the crew made the experience a pleasure. Agreed with all the previous comments. I like the sales person and his patience in explaining but the installation and after installation service were horrible. It took us 2 years to get the solar system installed and running. They now telling me that the roof may not be caused by the solar and I should figure it out myself!!!! These people are crooks and scam artists. My roof was damaged by their installers and now in interior ceiling has extensive water damage. They sent someone out to repair the roof and said they would also be fixing the interior. After months of calling for a follow up they continue to avoid my calls. They say I will receive contact from the local branch which never happens. I've been calling since December of with no resolution. Once they have your money they won't make any effort to service you further. The salesman, Steve from Fort Myers, got my information by watching the local permit postings for solar installations, where I already had a contract underway with another company.
