I'm trying to update my Sync 3 from version2. I've tried downloading it several times on different devices both Windows and Mac and none of them can extract those two files. Has anyone else experienced this or found any way around this? Are you trying to decompile the compressed files in the folder? MSA No further unpacking is needed as the SyncMyRide folder is self extracting and processed by the car's installation system itself.
