I've noticed that a lot of people make posts like this and they seem to have conflicting ideas of what "OC" actually MEANS, so just so everyone is on the same page, an OC is any kind of original character that you create yourself. FC stands for "fan character", which is any kind of character you create for an existing fandom. FC is technically the correct word to use here, but it doesn't really matter. People get what you mean either way. Can be for fandoms, but usually applicable to characters that are entirely your own.
