Expect dishes like coconut-pineapple bisque and foraged herb fettucini with a fried farm egg. We went for dinner, and almost every ingredient we were served was straight from the farm, including the seriously delicious carrot margaritas. The food is a bit more farm-style and new American than Mexican-focused but still is respectful of local flavors. In addition to the farm and restaurant, they have some galleries with local wares and are building out cottages for those who want to stay there on a more regular basis. Though the farm is a bit remote, getting there is part of the experience.

Our menu is seasonal, with some timeless classics. The Farm Bar stands as a haven for both relaxation and celebration, harmoniously nestled at the edge of our fields. This inviting space seamlessly connects with the surrounding landscape while embraced by a fusion of brick, metal, and glass architecture. Flora's Ice Cream Cart presents a wide assortment of our very own house-made sorbets and ice creams. Crafted with care, each treat features milk sourced from our ranch, a cream base, and fresh vanilla. However, the destination and concept are undoubtedly worth the mini adventure required to get there. Before entering the restaurant itself, take a stroll through the mango trees, just steps away from a few shopping options that include casual apparel and fair-trade coffee. Don't worry if your table isn't ready yet. The menu at Flora's Field Kitchen is continually evolving, depending on the seasonal fruits and vegetables grown on the premises. Despite the place's vegetarian vibe, the menu also features expertly crafted meat and poultry dishes, although beef is notably absent. I was briefly explained that it's due to the impact on the environment caused by cattle farming, which made perfect sense to me.
