Flashing red light sonos
Was on the deck last and after 2 or 3 hours the battery level indicator started to flash red. Does anyone know what that means, and what would trigger that? Is it a fatal condition?

There may be information included in the diagnostic that will help Sonos pinpoint the issue and help you find a solution. When you speak directly to the phone folks, there are more options available beyond just the diagnostic analysis. Then your best bet would be to call in on Monday, since there is no data in a diagnostic to look at. It could, or it may not, depending on what the issue is on the speaker. If you have other Sonos speakers, connect one of them to your router with an ethernet cable, and you should be able to use the others.

Only thing is red indicator flickering is not stopped in my Sonos connect. Can anyone glide me, if red led flashing means hardware crash? Helpdesk support seems shutdown.
