Once all three are successfully lit, a gate on the same platform as the final torch will open, giving you access to a Small Key. Make your way across the room to get the key, then head back to the first room.

It's a good idea to first go to Hyrule Castle and enter the Temple of Time again to meet up with Sheik and get Prelude of Light , a song that lets you instantly warp to the Temple of Time whenever you want to.
