I was trying to get to the Doman Reconstruction chain, and I can't seem to identify what I'm missing to unlock it. Yes, I have completed Short Arms of the Law. Yes, I have completed Elation and Trepidation. Those are the only two requirements I can find for what it takes to unlock, but the quest giver at the Doman Enclave doesn't have anything for me.

However, some quests are time gated, so you will only be able to progress up to certain points in the story every week. Once you reach a time gated portion of the quest line, you will only be able to continue after the weekly reset on Tuesdays at 3AM EST. This means that after donating a certain number of items, you will need to wait for the weekly reset to continue. Certain side quests will pop up around the Enclave as well, providing cutscenes that show how the reconstruction is progressing. Items that have been donated by accident can be reclaimed from the Reclamation Box near Kozakura. Note: Logging out or changing areas will forfeit any items inside the Reclamation Box.

Okay, yes, I understand that players have to get something out of it to do a thing. All that aside, I completely enjoyed helping to rebuild the Doman Enclave. I think this may have been an experiment in seeing what phasing and instancing can do in a city-wide fashion. I agree that it seems like a lot of work went into building the Enclave for a location that will probably never be a player hub. It might get some use from the RP population. But I feel like I got plenty of rewards from seeing the series through.
