I doubt there's anything online, the only thing which would have a list is the Strategy Guide, which I actually plan to get, because I think it has a fold out map that's huge of the whole game North and South. Just go there if you wanna do those missions, choose the Faction, and go inside and receive a mission from the Leaders. Sometimes only one Faction will be open for a mission, but don't worry about this. And those missions are found by going to the cease fire spot in the center of the map. On either side is a logo of either faction, and an available missions is displayed by having an "! BringMeASunkist - 15 years ago - report.
