Once inside Wolfskull Ruins you'll see and hear a woman performing some sort of ritual up on a high ledge. Work your way up to her, killing all the enemies you encounter. After you've killed her and the rest of the enemies, you can stop and read a light armor skill book that you'll find on the altar. Look for a raised bridge and a nearby lever. Cross the bridge, loot the chest, then follow the shortcut back into Wolfskull Cave and out into Skyrim. Return to Falk Firebeard at the Blue Palace to report your success, and collect your reward of gold. This will complete the quest.
