After seeing the same build I ordered minus roof at the lot, it looks like the centre console work surface that folds out over the folding shifter is just a hinge and latch. Hear me out. The centre console over storage lid is massive in thicness. It looks like it's also just empty and could be removed with relative ease, to separate it in 2 pieces, put a hinge and boom. Fold out work surface. Anyone else have a different impression? The option is pretty cheap to add-on, but if you're getting a lot buy or forgot to order the option it looks dead simple.
