When you give up everything to follow your dreams there is usually a heavy price to pay. Finding a place to live, eating healthy food or even having food, having clothes to wear and not finding your self ostracized because you don't fit in is hard for a child.

The Fit Life isn't always easy but it always worth it I have been asked many times about my diet and workout routine. I wanted to tell everyone in spite of what everyone says about being strict and never eating junk food, I find myself seeking a place of balance between a healthy lifestyle and allowing myself to indulge in a few areas that I need to satisfy my cravings. For all of you who know me, you know dessert is my weakness I also enjoy going out to drink and dance and will not skip alcohol, but do find better ways to enjoy it. So first a couple secrets to how I balance. I will limit myself to one drink with sugar or I usually will skip the sweet drinks with lots of sugar and drink tequila and soda with a lime or just go straight to a shot of tequila lol. I find one or two drinks a night is good for me and rarely do I find the need to always have a drink in my hand to socialize. Also a little secret

I enjoy meeting new people and I am energized through meeting new people and through my multiple friendships. What I didn't realize was Instagram is a profoundly visual tool and my photos and stories could be shared with a much bigger audience than I ever expected. As I shared my stories and posts my followers grew and comments came in and I started meeting and engaging with more people.
