I find the entrance area congested when busy. The service desk customer service is poor takes too long staff likes talking to each other instead of taking care of the guests in the very long line up waiting not the first time but on many occasions find some of the staff there not friendly at all. I wonder if management ever walk the floor to see who's doing their jobs properly and give them training if it's needed in certain areas of the casino.
