I don't use ebay that much but i never had any problem, not even with Chinese vendors that are further away and can have a language barrier to talk to. So i bought this item, i don't remenber what the delivery time was, and i can't seem to be able to see it now. I didn't paid much attention to it as i never had any problem before. I paid a lot of money for the shipping considering the distance between our 2 countries. It's been now over a week and he still hasn't shipped the item, all he did was print a label, get a tracking number, market it as shipped and never actually shipped the item. I sent him a message but got no reply.

Its a seller with good rep, and its not really a high value item that will make ebay item not arrived seller go broke if he issues a replacement or refund. I purchased an item on ebay on April 10th. It is July 22nd, and the item has not arrived. It has been over 90days and I cannot contact the seller or get any help from ebay. What do I do? What was the estimated delivery date? You can file an Item Not Described one day past that Any luck it might still be traveling? Where was it coming from?

Buyer claim package was not delivered to them. Tracking says it is. I know it can and does happen. If USPS failed to deliver it to the address they agreed to in the contract, that would qualify as lost article and should be paid via the insurance claim.
