I booked this property because t I booked this property because the pictures were nice, the price was nice and I was familiar with the area, knowing I would be a one minute walk from one of the most convenient tube stations Earls Court - which we easily traveled directly to and fro from Heathrow. And the staff - so polite, kind and doing the best job they can - at front desk, housekeeping, restaurant staff, even the gentleman that served us our afternoon tea in the cozy lounge. Overall, if you want to stay somewhere that feels like a hotel but also feels a bit like home then this is a good place. Beds are so comfy, linens are crisp white, and bathrooms were very clean and well kept. Plus loads of closet space. We had a room on the 4th floor with 2 twins, desk and a little lounger.

Clean, cosy and convenient with Earls Court Tube Station right out the door… loved the Staff and the Restaurant was fabulous, awesome fish and chips! Location in a nice area, very close to metro station and a Sainsbury's store. The room was cozy and it was cleaned everyday. Hot water, heating in the room working very well, bed big enogh for 2 adults. Breakfast and service excellent, Refill in the minibar with natural and sparkling water complimentary every day.
