Lucky Charm is a civil ability in Divinity Orginal Sin 2. Lucky Charm increases your likelihood of finding extra treasure whenever loot is stashed. So when i put 1 point into lucky charm in all my characters do i end up having lucky charm 4? I mean it would be quite powerful but since the talent is shared different from all the other civil skills and civil skill points are hard to come by i was wondering if i could spread it out over all my chars and be fine. Why not? Was able to get a blue item on the starting ship. You can get this confirmed by checking the price of crate.

How does Lucky Charm work? Joined: Nov Concarne OP. Is it similar to barter in that it only is beneficial to the character when they open a container or is it a group cumulative? I am trying to decide if I should stack lucky charm gear on a single character or if it is better to spread it out.

It's there as a method to make money for people who don't feel like stealing, and you get access to loot that you wouldn't have access to otherwise even with high thievery. The other civic skills are probably better investments mostly, especially barter if you want items.
