Evening all, I have a new LED dimmer switch that I just installed, as soon as I turn the fuse back on, the light is on, it flickers rapidly in the off position. When I turn it on, it turns on fully but does not dim. I put the old switch back on a none LED dimmer it works but the bulb doesn't dim without flickering hence buying the LED dimmer. Do I need to put something in-between? Thanks for your help Bob. You are trying to dim a non-dimmable LED bulb. Did you check that the bulb is dimmable?

I've reset the switch and replaced the offending bulb one of 6 in the chandelier but the chandelier isn't working at all. Could the bulb tripping have done something to the dimmer switch?
