Ok, so how does this work? As one can't spin the dials manually one has to mentally spin them but I'm not sure which one that should be spun and I've tried all four choices when getting the same dial of the old one but none worked so I must be doing something wrong. What I think is that I need to figure out in which choice all icons can be active at the same time but that would take way too long to mentally figure out so Corinthas did a TL;DR in the post after but the post Engel provided was too beautiful to not be chosen as the answer. I cheated, got a sheet of paper, stenciled off the circle and middle ring and marked where the top of the circle and start, finish and colour of the lines.

On this page we will take a look at all the possible Treasure Hunt Puzzles that you can find in Warhammer 2. Each tile can also have have one to four dots. You need to figure out the number and color of dots that belong where the question mark is. In each row and column no two tiles can have the same number of dots nor the same color. Now lets try to figure out the question mark on this example. First lets figure out the number. You can see that on the green area we have the following numbers: 1, 3 and 4. That means the number we are looking for will be 2.

So i assume we are turning the outer ring? The question mark is the answer they seek, it's not actually one of the symbols. How do you know which color lines you're supposed to "follow"? The only color that actually connects with all three lines is blue, you can spin the outer wheel all you want, but the yellows wont all line up, nor will the reds. Well when you hold a torch you hold it in your left or right hand, and the light would be slightly off center so it can't be a torch, so what is it?
