July 6th, Hello, I have a Dell Inspiron I usually use Support Assist to update drivers but today, when I was trying to do so, there was a message telling the downloading failed. I tried many times with the same result. Then I went to the drivers page and searched for the ones that were not updated and there were the ones I was trying to update but when I tried to download there was a message telling that the downloading was blocked because it could hurt my laptop. Please could you tell me what to do, what is the problem, because 2 of the 4 drivers not updated are supposedly critical for my laptop. I have this problem too 1.
