Dane Stuart Coles born 10 December is a retired New Zealand professional rugby union player who played as a hooker for Super Rugby club Hurricanes and the New Zealand national team. Coles was a key member of the Rugby World Cup winning team. He also Captained the Hurricanes to their maiden Super Rugby title in He was widely regarded as one of the best hookers in the world at the height of his career and was a nominee for World Rugby Player of the Year in Coles attended Paraparaumu Beach School.
