If you manage to do that is Curator's Cut, you will be in the chapter "Glamour Girl" as Fliss and can get those 4 collectables without having to play shared story. Going even further, if you manage to keep all characters alive and Alex has a positive relationship with Brad, then you can send Brad and Julia down the hole in the radio room.
